HAIR LAMINATION WORKSHOP

Content: Hair lamination treatment is suitable for all hair types, but especially brittle, frizzy and damaged hair. Farmagan's Straightening Fluid with Keratin contains argan oil and cashmere wool keratin, which make hair soft and shiny and strengthens the hair shaft.
After this treatment, hair is more resistant to physical damage and no longer becomes frizzy in humid air. Lamination adds shine and silkiness to straight hair, and retains the elasticity of curls on curly hair.
Argan oil, derived from the kernels of the Argania Spinosa – argan tree fruit, has been used in body and hair care since ancient times. Thanks to its high content of antioxidant vitamins (A and E) and fatty acids, it nourishes and protects the hair, strengthening the strands and giving them shine and silkiness.
Hydrolyzed keratin is derived from cashmere wool, which is very similar to the keratin in our hair and acts as a conditioning and moisturising agent. Due to its low molecular weight, cashmere keratin penetrates the hair fibre and moisturises it from the inside, giving it a soft and silky feel.

KAJA SEPPEL HAIRCUT WORKSHOP
Date: 13. october & 10. november 2025

Content: During my long career as a hairdresser, I have completed hundreds of workshops myself and incorporated all kinds of classic and newer techniques and ideas into my daily work and training profession on how to design a haircut more efficiently, better and more appropriately and cut a well-fitting hairstyle for the client.
In short, based on my own needs and practice, I have developed an auteur course of well-functioning haircuts, where we cut 5 haircuts of different lengths – basically as long as there is enough hair on the doll's head :)
You will get thorough study materials and the ability to cut different women's haircuts, as well as tips and tricks on how to cut different bangs, swirls and very difficult hair.
Price: 375€
We will cut on dummy model heads.

WELLA PROFESSIONALS PERM WORKSHOP
Date: 13. november 2025
Place: HairEd Studio, Tallinn
Time: 10.00 – 16.00

Content: How to make a large and permanent wave? What about the root curl? And curl so that it doesn't look like a perm? How to tame the whorls so that you can cut straight bangs? And which rollers to choose to get the right curl on the top of the head for young men?
We will also cut a suitable cut if necessary.
We will learn all this and more in this workshop.
You can come with your own model who has just such wishes or concerns, but if you can't find a model, we can try everything on a doll head.
You will receive comprehensive study materials and the ability to curl at least 6 different chemical curls and do chemical straightening where needed.

Kaja Seppel Workshops at HairEd Studio!
My work, hobby and free time are all related to hairdressing or teaching hairdressers. I have been doing it quite successfully for several decades. What I like most about hairdressing is coming up with and designing new haircuts. Cutting hair is like fine tailoring – designing a haircut that suits the proportions of each person's face and head, to make their look unique and special.
The biggest role model for me has always been Vidal Sassoon – his legacy to hairdressers is perfect precision in cutting hair and an extraordinary sense of form in designing haircuts. In my workshops, I try to teach others what I have learned at the Academy and what I have learned in Sassoon's courses as accurately as possible.

Each person finds an activity for themselves that grounds them or helps them concentrate and realise their ideas – some paint, some make collages, some draw. For me, dealing with hair dyes is such therapy. I'm the kind of hairdresser who never writes down my clients' colour recipes, because I like to experiment and come up with something new every time. There are no ready-made formulas for me – I often try to achieve the same result by going down different paths and testing my creativity.
I have tried and tested several different brands and I find that if a hairdresser is able to think more broadly about colour theory, then they can also mix very cool shades working with any brand. For a hair colour to succeed, I consider communication with the client to be the most important. A successful client consultation is the foundation of an awesome end result.

I'm satisfied when I improve the client's well-being when dyeing their hair, a beautiful colour that they may not have even imagined, and which gives them more confidence. For me, it is important that the client wears their colour like a work of art that I have created for them.
By becoming a trainer of HairEd Studios' new and fresh brand Farmagan, I feel that I can share my experience and passion with other awesome hairdressers.
